"Rites of Spring (Taurus Sun)" Art Print
$20.00
Wear your story like the light of a tumultuous star, but be wary: a mask of any kind is but one sticky facet and never the whole story.
I’m a Taurus, and frankly, I’ve always found so many depictions of the sign to be pretty one note and boring. They seemingly always focus on the aspects of slothfulness and a love for material things (namely food), and while those aspects have their enjoyable qualities, where are the depictions of bullish tenacity, of a figure that could stand firm and take down a wall of muscle just as easily as they could enjoy an air of opulence? A bull is as formidable as it is down to earth; it needs to be so to crack the ice of winter and find the fresh growth of spring. While there’s a danger in using any namesake as a mask (that blood won’t come out of silk nor pores very easily), there’s something to be said in wearing the positive attributes like the decadent crown they aspire to be.
This is an 8" x 10" print on 100lb uncoated cardstock. Your print is signed and stamped on the back, and will ship in an acid-free cellophane sleeve for added protection.
